Life after a pandemic
The world has changed due to the Coronavirus pandemic and as life begins to return to normal we are all reflecting and exploring our feelings so we can make positive changes and make profound new choices as we re-establish ourselves with the new world.
Many of us are facing significant changes such as bereavement, grief, trauma, stress, anxiety, confusion, redundancy, loss, marriage/relationship breakdown, a general sense of unhappiness, isolation, depression, or a desire to break free from unhealthy cycles of thinking and behaviour developed during the Coronavirus pandemic.
