You face a myriad of choices, pressures and unique circumstances. It’s hardly surprising life can get on top of you sometimes. So you may be uncertain where you’re going with your life. Perhaps you’d like to develop and utilise your skills to enhance your work performance and career opportunities. Maybe you need help to solve a relationship problem, or achieve a better work/life balance that gives you the freedom and quality of life you really want.

I am client-centred in my approach, so far from advising you, my role as coach is to help you to find your own solutions and to realise potential you didn’t even know you have.

The answer is within you

Life coaching is a practical, problem-solving technique to help you move forward in all areas of your life. Coaching doesn’t claim to have all the answers – my job as a coach is not to go over old ground, but to work with you to look forward and to help you find your own answers. In doing so, I use a combination of listening skills and the principles of Neuro-Linguistic Programming to understand and tailor my coaching to your needs.

NLP is like a ‘user manual for your brain’ with ‘APPS’ that can help you to become more confident and effective and to attain your goals.  In addition Timeline Therapy (an NLP coaching tool) enables the release of any negative and limiting emotions or beliefs that might be standing in your way of achieving success.
